L’adjudicataire doit : - fournir les cartes et les codes secrets pour le 15 janvier 2027 au plus tard pour permettre à l'adjudicateur de les distribuer aux utilisateurs ; - donner les accès au système de gestion des cartes pour le 15 janvier 2027 au plus tard pour permettre à l'adjudicateur de paramétrer le système ; - activer les cartes à partir du 1er février 2027 à minuit, la fourniture de carburant ne commençant qu’à cette date ; - en cas de remplacement / renouvellement, fournir la carte endéans les 10 jours calendrier à partir de la date de commande. Le code lié à la carte devra être fourni, dans un courrier séparé, au plus tard le jour ouvrable suivant le jour de réception de la carte. L’adjudicataire, en cas de reconduction du marché, devra procéder au renouvellement des cartes ou à la prolongation de validité des cartes, sans frais supplémentaires.
