Perceel 1: de dagelijkse schoonmaak van de gebouwen van de AP Hogeschool en daarbij horende additionele taken Naast de dagelijkse schoonmaak staat de dienstverlener voor perceel 1 ook in voor alle additionele taken. Deze omvatten onder andere volgende diensten: - Huur en onderhoud van schoonloopmatten; - Huur en onderhoud van damesverbandcontainers; - Huur en onderhoud van handdoekautomaten/handdrogers; - Zeep, dispensers, toiletpapier en alle andere toiletaccessoires. De bepalingen zullen in de opdrachtdocumenten verder worden uitgewerkt. Daarenboven dient de Opdrachtnemer minstens 10% van de Opdracht uit te voeren met sociale tewerkstelling. De overstap naar de nieuwe dienstverlener dient vlot en zonder onderbrekingen te verlopen. De voorbereidingsfase is voorzien vanaf medio augustus 2026. De werking moet volledig operationeel zijn ten laatste op 21/09/2026. Zie selectieleidraad artikel 2.11.1 | Perceel 2 ‘de uitbating van de studentenrestaurants’ De Opdracht omvat de uitbating van de volgende studentenrestaurants: • Campus Spoor Noord Noorderplaats; • Campus Spoor Noord Ellermanstraat; • Campus Meistraat; • Campus Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen; • Campus Mutsaard • Campus Hallen De hogeschool voorziet een jaarlijkse vergoeding. De hogeschool stelt de keukeninfrastructuur ter beschikking, betaalt de nutsvoorzieningen, onderhoud van de keukeninstallaties, ongediertebestrijding en afvalverwerking. De mogelijke openingstijden van het studentenrestaurant zijn van 8h tot 22h. Daarenboven dient de Opdrachtnemer minstens 10% van de Opdracht uit te voeren met sociale tewerkstelling. De overstap naar de nieuwe dienstverlener dient vlot en zonder onderbrekingen te verlopen. De voorbereidingsfase is voorzien vanaf medio augustus 2026.
