Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d’un prestataire spécialisé dans les services de centre d’appels chargé de la prise en charge des appels entrants de Centr’Habitat. Les prestations comprennent : - la gestion des appels durant certaines heures de bureau, selon un planning variable communiqué par le pouvoir adjudicateur ; - la gestion des appels en dehors des heures de bureau, les week-ends, les jours fériés et lors des fermetures exceptionnelles, avec transfert des appels vers les services ou personnes de garde conformément aux procédures définies par Centr’Habitat. Le marché est conclu pour une durée d’un an et pourra être reconduit tacitement à trois reprises pour des périodes successives de douze mois. En raison de la nature des prestations, impliquant des contacts directs avec des usagers francophones et le traitement de données à caractère personnel, des exigences spécifiques en matière de langue (français) et de localisation du service sont prévues dans le cahier spécial des charges.
