Om de bezoekers maximaal van dienste te zijn en het betalen voor het parkeren zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken in Ieper wenst het stadsbestuur - naast het betalen aan het parkeerautomaat - ook APP parkeren toe te passen. Het betreft een complementair betalingssysteem dat via een APP de toepasselijke parkeertarieven en andere parkeerreglementen op een flexibele manier kan aanbieden.
