Dit omvat in het bijzonder : - Verbreding van het spoorwegplatform van de bestaande sporen, met inbegrip van het hydraulische afwateringssysteem naast de sporen, de kabelwegen voor de seininrichting en de funderingspalen van de bovenleiding. - De verplaatsing van 2 VIVAQUA-waterleidingen (diam. 1100mm en diam. 1300mm). - Wegeniswerken (inclusief rioleringswerken): o Hoekstraat ; o Gehuchtstraat ; o Aanleg van de fietssnelweg F207 parallel met het spoor. - Bouw verschillende kunstwerken: o Fiets- en voetgangerstunnel onder de sporen (Molenbeekvallei) o Nieuwe omleidingskanaal van de rivier Molenbeek o Nieuwe spoorbrug over de Hoekstraat (onder de vier sporen) o Aanpassing van de wegbrug over de Gehuchtstraat (extra overspanning) o Diverse uitbreidingen van bestaande hydraulische kunstwerken - Station De Hoek (uitgerust door de NMBS) met toegangstrap, toegangshellingen en liftschachten (liften worden door de NMBS geïnstalleerd) - Aanleg van een ecodoorgang ter hoogte van de Varkensdreef.
