De onderhavige opdracht betreft diensten met betrekking tot de uitwerking van de evaluatie van de arbeidscapaciteit van personen met een handicap op basis van de International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), ten behoeve van de Directie-generaal Personen met een handicap (DG HAN) van de FOD Sociale Zekerheid. De opdracht omvat de analyse van de huidige evaluatiepraktijk, de adaptatie van het multidisciplinair ICF-evaluatieformulier aan de noden en de context van DG HAN, de pilootimplementatie ervan, alsook — als vereiste opties — de voorbereiding van de digitale implementatie en het veranderingsmanagement, en ten slotte de evaluatie van en de aanbevelingen over het nieuwe instrument. De diensten worden nader omschreven in punt 8 en in deel B (technische voorschriften) van onderhavig bestek.
