Deze testbank moet minimaal over de volgende kenmerken (architectuur) beschikken: *In staat zijn om de volgende fysische grootheden te meten: • Spanningen • Stromen • Weerstanden • Schakeltijden • Afstanden en afmetingen door middel van optische metingen. • Pneumatische en mechanische drukken • Isolatiemeting bij 10 kV. *Stromen genereren in de orde van grootte van 300 A. Om tegemoet te komen aan een potentiële operationele behoefte die door de interne klant werd geïdentificeerd, omvat de opdracht tevens een voorwaardelijke schijf betreffende de levering, installatie en indienststelling van een tweede identieke testbank. NMBS kan deze voorwaardelijke schijf lichten gedurende de periode die in de opdrachtdocumenten is vastgelegd, afhankelijk van de evolutie van de operationele behoeften en de beschikbare budgetten.
