De aanbestedende overheid beschikt over twee datacenters waarvan de fysieke infrastructuur grondig werd gerenoveerd. In het kader van deze renovatie werd onder meer de gestructureerde netwerkbekabeling, met inbegrip van patchkabels, patchpanelen, cassettes en bijbehorende accessoires, vervangen. De bestaande datacenteromgeving omvat ongeveer 78 racks. De aanwezige gestructureerde bekabelingsinfrastructuur bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit componenten van het merk Reichle & De Massari AG en omvat onder meer: • koperen CAT 6A U/FTP-bekabeling; • multimodeglasvezelbekabeling; • singlemodeglasvezelbekabeling; • MPO-bekabeling; • patchpanelen, cassettes, connectoren en bijbehorende accessoires; • kabelgeleidings- en kabelmanagementsystemen; • componenten die kunnen worden geïntegreerd met een geautomatiseerd infrastructuurbeheersysteem voor de fysieke netwerklaag. De datacenters zijn daarnaast uitgerust met rack-PDU’s uit het Schneider Electric APC-assortiment en bijbehorende vergrendelbare stroomkabels. Door wijzigingen aan de infrastructuur, vervangingen, uitbreidingen en nieuwe netwerkprojecten ontstaat regelmatig behoefte aan bijkomende bekabeling, patchkabels, PDU’s, stroomkabels en accessoires. De bestaande infrastructuur moet daarbij operationeel blijven en de nieuw geleverde componenten moeten gecertificeerd interoperabel zijn met de bestaande infrastructuur. De infrastructuurstandaarden van de aanbestedende overheid voorzien eveneens in het gebruik van CAT 6A UTP-bekabeling, OS1/OS2-singlemodebekabeling en multimodeglasvezel binnen de netwerk- en datacenteromgeving. 2.2. Beschrijving To-Be De aanbestedende overheid wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met een geschikte marktdeelnemer voor het op afroep leveren en, waar van toepassing, plaatsen, aansluiten, testen en certificeren van fysieke datacenterbekabeling, PDU’s, stroomkabels en bijbehorende accessoires.
