Raamovereenkomst van 5 jaar, met optioneel 2 x 1 jaar verlenging, voor levering, installatie en onderhoud van het stedelijk camerasysteem en -netwerk en bijhorende data-gerelateerde diensten. Via deze raamovereenkomst wenst de stad het huidige camera netwerk te bestendigen en verder uit te bouwen en toekomstgericht te laten groeien via data-gerelateerde diensten waarbij gedacht wordt aan bijkomende ANPR-functionaliteiten, snelheidsmeting, beeldanalyse, object detectie en andere nieuwe technieken die mogelijk worden. Deze raamovereenkomst wordt opengesteld voor andere besturen onder de vorm van een aankoopcentrale (zie bijlage D). De Totale raming van deze raamovereenkomst bedraagt 15.000.000 € inclusief BTW. De inventaris bij dit dossier gaat over de casus Kortrijk en wordt gebruikt voor de beoordeling van de gunningscriteria.
