Il couvre l'intégralité du cycle de vie de la solution, de sa mise en œuvre initiale à son exploitation quotidienne, en passant par la migration des contenus existants, l'accompagnement des utilisateurs et l'évolution continue de la plateforme. Cette solution devra s'intégrer harmonieusement dans l'environnement technologique existant de LETEC et répondre aux exigences de sécurité, de conformité réglementaire (RGPD) et de performances attendues d'une organisation publique moderne.
