Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture à l'état neuf, la livraison, le réglage, la mise en service et l’écolage d'une balayeuse compacte équipée d'une superstructure balayeuse aspirante constituée d'une cuve d'environ 5 m³, de deux brosses et d'une aspiration centrale, d'une troisième brosse prévue pour le désherbage, d'un système d'hydrocurage et d'un système de nettoyage haute pression. Le véhicule de balayage est susceptible d’exécuter plusieurs types de travaux : - balayage de voiries ; - aspiration d'avaloirs ; - nettoyage haute pression ; - désherbage. Le soumissionnaire est tenu de remettre prix pour un véhicule neuf, complètement équipé, exempt de tout défaut ou vice de fabrication pouvant nuire à leur aspect, à leur bonne utilisation et/ou à leur durée de vie.
