Het voorwerp van deze opdracht omvat het aanbieden van een breed en geïntegreerd gamma aan operatordiensten voor vaste datacommunicatie, vaste telefonie en Digitale TV. Digipolis en haar partners moeten permanent kunnen beschikken over een stabiele, veilige en performant uitgevoerde telefonie- en data-infrastructuur ter ondersteuning van hun dienstverlening. Van de dienstverleners wordt verwacht dat zij flexibel en schaalbaar kunnen inspelen op organisatorische, technische en operationele wijzigingen bij Digipolis en de partners. Voor de omkaderende activiteiten, waaronder bestelling, beheer, ondersteuning en facturatie, wordt een doorgedreven administratieve vereenvoudiging nagestreefd, met een sterke focus op automatisering en digitalisering van de processen. Opdeling in percelen De opdracht wordt opgedeeld in drie percelen: Perceel 1: Vaste datacommunicatie Perceel 2: Telefonie Perceel 3: TV Voor perceel 1 (Vaste datacommunicatie) en perceel 3 (TV) wordt voorzien in een multioperator-gunning. Voor perceel 2 (Telefonie) zal de opdracht worden gegund aan één enkele opdrachtnemer. Duurtijd van de opdracht: 4 (+2 +2) jaar De opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten, overeenkomstig art. 2, 21° van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten.
