This concession contract covers the execution of the provision and management of retail services in two visitors’ shops located within the premises of the European Parliament (‘EP’) and one online shop. The shops are located in Brussels: one in the House of European History Museum (‘HEH’) and one in Parlamentarium (‘PLM’). The online shop will be accessible from all Member States and operated into several EU languages. The shops will mainly retail merchandising, gifts, souvenirs and branded items linked to the activities of the EP and the shop of the HEH may also offer items inspired by exhibitions, artworks or artists featured, enhancing the visitors’ experience.
