Based on preliminary designs provided by Elia, the Contractor will be responsible for : the development of detailed installation and equipment plans; Development of permitting plans; Integration of HV components within the substation layout; Preparation of structural steel plans; Detailed design of all structural elements related to substations (buildings, foundations, support structures, cable trenches and other civil installations); Development of permitting plans; any other similar scope | This LOT focuses on Influence studies & EMF studies required for Elia’s infrastructure projects to verify the impact of the high voltage cables or lines in parallel with nearby metal pipelines or to verify the EMF generated in substations. The engineering firms will collect data from the pipeline operators, analyze their influence and determine countermeasures. In addition, EMF studies will also be carried out. These studies are all aligned with Elia’s standards and the FETRAPI-convention.
