Belgium – Engineering services – Framework Agreement - Engineering Studies

This lot includes the execution of implementation studies for both Greenfield (new infrastructure) and Brownfield (extension or refurbishment of existing assets) projects. Based on preliminary designs provided by Elia, the Contractor will be responsible for : the development of detailed installation and equipment plans; Development of permitting plans; Integration of HV components within the substation layout; Preparation of structural steel plans; Detailed design of all structural elements related to substations (buildings, foundations, support structures, cable trenches and other civil installations); Development of permitting plans; any other similar scope | This LOT focuses on Influence studies & EMF studies required for Elia’s infrastructure projects to verify the impact of the high voltage cables or lines in parallel with nearby metal pipelines or to verify the EMF generated in substations. The engineering firms will collect data from the pipeline operators, analyze their influence and determine countermeasures. In addition, EMF studies will also be carried out. These studies are all aligned with Elia’s standards and the FETRAPI-convention. The Contractor will be responsible for : EMF calculations; Data collection and analyze third party pipelines; Influence studies (inductive, conductive coupling) ; any other similar scope | This lot includes the execution of implementation studies for all LV and Telecom systems that support protection, automation, control, monitoring, and communication across the high-voltage grid. The contractor will be responsible for: Carrying out the study of the principle diagrams for the Protection, Automation and Control part (protection cabinets (field/post), counting cabinets, rectifier-battery, RTU systems, jammers, etc.); Carrying out the studies of the principle and cabling schemes for the telecommunications part between and within the high-voltage substations (fibre optic network in the high-voltage substation + all connected...
