Het doel van de plaatsingsprocedure is het sluiten van een meerjarige raamovereenkomst voor de uitvoering van werken tot renovatie van HVAC-installaties (Heating, Ventilation en Air Conditioning) in openbare gebouwen in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest en voor het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van die gerenoveerde HVAC-installaties tijdens de garantieperiode van 2 jaar. • Verwarmingsinstallaties • Ventilatie / airconditioning • Sanitair warm water • Koudeopwekking • Varia ( Doorgangsmeting (alle vectoren, alle typen), diverse werkzaamheden aan de circuits (bv. vervanging van oude leidingen), akoestische maatregelen (bv. akoestische bekleding, akoestische panelen ...), gerichte interventies wat betreft de dakafdichting in het kader van de werken voor renovatie van HVAC-installaties, in voorkomend geval, plaatsing van de vereiste PBM, enz.
