Bolivia Urban Resilience

The development objective of Bolivia Urban Resilience Project is to reduce vulnerability to hydrometeorological hazards and improve living conditions in selected low-income areas in participating municipalities. This project has two components. 1) The first component, Resilient Infrastructure and Urban Upgrading in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, has the following subcomponents: (i) Development of resilient infrastructure and improvement of public space; and (ii) Upgrading of urban neighborhoods and improvement of mobility. 2) The second component, Resilient Infrastructure, Slope Stabilization and Urban Upgrading in La Paz, has the following subcomponents: (i) Development of resilient infrastructure, slope stabilization and improvement of public space; and (ii) Upgrading of urban neighborhoods and improvement of mobility. 3) The third component, Project Management, aims to support for Project management and implementation activities under components 1 and 2 of the project.
