Para os medicamentos constantes no rol de abrangência da Resolução CTE-CMED nº 1, de 25 de maio de 2026, o preço ofertado não poderá ultrapassar o Preço Máximo de Venda ao Governo (PMVG) resultante da aplicação do CAP de 19,79%, ainda que este limite seja inferior ao preço estimado na pesquisa de mercado.
