This contract refers to the need for complete washing services for the vehicles that make up the CISOP fleet. The currently valid contract is nearing its expiration, and it was found necessary to update the prices charged, since the prices are outdated in relation to current market costs, compromising the proper maintenance of the vehicles. 2.2. In addition to the need to update prices, it was found important to review and correct the service descriptions, in order to clearly differentiate the types of vehicles served — light vehicles and utility vehicles — considering the specific cleaning and sanitizing requirements for each category. 2.3. The estimate of one wash per month per vehicle was established based on the analysis of the usage report of the washing services of the last two years, in which an average frequency of one wash/month per vehicle was observed. 2.4. The monthly frequency was also defined based on technical criteria for the conservation and continuous use of automobiles, taking into account the constant exposure of vehicles to dust, frequent travel on paved and unpaved roads, and the need to maintain vehicles in adequate hygienic conditions, avoiding wear and tear on materials, preserving public property, extending the fleet's lifespan, and reducing future expenses on corrective maintenance. 2.5. Therefore, the following adjustments are proposed: • Washing of Light Vehicles: Renault Duster EXP16 SCE, VW Novo Gol TL MCV, and GM Meriva Joy. • Washing of Utility Vehicles: Renault Master ALLT AMBULANCE. 2.6. The new contract will guarantee the continuity of cleaning and maintenance services for the fleet, ensuring adequate hygiene, presentation, and preservation of the vehicles used in the consortium's administrative, healthcare, and operational activities.
