CONTRACTING OF A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 5.40 KM ON THE CAI-118 ROAD, FORMERLY VICINAL 01, IN THE ENGANO/SERRA DOURADA REGION - AMENDMENT: 202544920007 - PROGRAM: 09032025-085403. The implementation of the CAI-118 Road (formerly Vicinal 01) is essential to guarantee better access, mobility, and integration conditions for rural communities located in the Engano/Serra Dourada Region, contributing to the economic and social development of the region and ensuring the flow of agricultural and livestock production, as well as the population's access to essential public services. Currently, the lack or insufficiency of adequate road infrastructure in the section planned for the implementation of the road hinders the movement of residents, rural producers, students, health professionals, and other users. This situation generates negative impacts on the local economy, limits access to public services, and compromises the quality of life of the population, which is why this contract is justified in the public interest and in accordance with the institutional responsibilities of the Municipal Department of Public Works and Services.
