O Governo do Estado de Mato Grosso, por meio da Secretaria de Estado de Educação (SEDUC), formalizou um acordo de empréstimo com o Banco Internacional para Reconstrução e Desenvolvimento (BIRD) para a implementação do Projeto Aprendizado Digital, Inclusivo e Sustentável de Mato Grosso (PADIS/MT). A SEDUC pretende aplicar parte do montante dos fundos no seguinte serviço de consultoria: Contratação de Consultoria Empresa (CE) especializada na área educacional para o desenvolvimento, implementação e fornecimento de plataforma de telemetria pedagógica avançada baseada em inteligência artificial, com o objetivo de fortalecer as habilidades pedagógicas no âmbito do Programa de Fortalecimento de Práticas Pedagógicas, utilizando a metodologia de observação de sala de aula (Teach) e de mentoria (Coach), do Banco Mundial, e criando as ferramentas TEACH-IA e MENTOR-IA.

A SEDUC convida Empresas ou Consórcios elegíveis a manifestar seu interesse em executar o referido serviço. Os serviços prestados pela consultoria contratada deverão ser implementados de acordo com o cronograma disposto no Termo de Referência e demais anexos. Os critérios para formação da Lista Curta de Consultores levarão em consideração as descrições de serviços semelhantes executados e as experiências em condições similares. As empresas interessadas deverão fornecer informações que demonstrem qualificações e experiências relevantes para prestar os serviços, incluindo pelo menos as seguintes informações:

• Portfólio ou prospecto apresentando a empresa.
• Lista de contratantes para os quais tenha prestado serviços semelhantes. A lista deve incluir, para cada contrato:
