Hiring of a specialized company to provide services for retrofitting, maintenance, installation, and the supply of parts, equipment, materials, and labor for the 2nd Howitzer Battery of the 2nd Field Artillery Group in Itu—SP. The scope of work includes the preparation and execution of detailed architectural, electrical, and foundation design plans, as well as the conduct of geotechnical surveySPT and demolition, removal, and dismantling services. The construction work includes foundations and structural reinforcement of the foundation through the installation of driven concrete or metal reaction piles (Mega), as well as structural reinforcement of the superstructure. Included are the closing of openings with masonry, the construction of masonry cabinets and shelves, the installation of ceiling panels on PVC battens, the application of coatings and surface treatments, paving, and waterproofing. Finally, the services include the supply and installation of window and door frames, glass, mirrors, and shower enclosures; general painting; electrical installations; plumbing installations including fixtures and hardware; as well as final cleaning of the site.
