A contratação de empresa especializada para a prestação de serviços de cerimonial justifica-se pela necessidade de assegurar a adequada organização, coordenação e condução das sessões solenes e demais eventos oficiais promovidos pela Câmara Municipal de Sumaré, garantindo que tais atos sejam realizados em conformidade com as normas de cerimonial público, protocolo oficial e precedência de autoridades, preservando a imagem institucional do Poder Legislativo perante a sociedade.
A contratação também permitirá que os servidores da Câmara permaneçam dedicados às suas atribuições institucionais de planejamento, comunicação e relações públicas, evitando sobrecarga operacional durante a realização dos eventos e assegurando que as atividades administrativas e legislativas continuem sendo executadas de forma regular.
