A alienação compreende toda transferência de propriedade, remunerada ou gratuita, sob a forma de venda, permuta, doação, dação em pagamento, investidura, legitimação de posse ou concessão de domínio.Os bens classificados como inservíveis, irrecuperáveis ou antieconômicos, desde que devidamente avaliados e precedidos de autorização legislativa quando necessária, poderão ser alienados mediante a realização de leilão público.
