A contratação compreende a elaboração dos projetos executivos de arquitetura, estrutura, fundações, instalações elétricas, hidrossanitárias, drenagem, urbanização interna, acessibilidade e demais documentos técnicos exigidos, bem como a execução integral das obras, incluindo fornecimento de materiais, mão de obra, equipamentos, ferramentas, responsabilidade técnica, infraestrutura interna dos lotes, instalações prediais, urbanização do entorno imediato, passeios públicos e demais serviços necessários à completa entrega do empreendimento, em conformidade com as normas da ABNT, diretrizes da Caixa Econômica Federal, Portaria MCID nº 1.416, Lei Federal nº 14.620/2023, Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 e demais normas aplicáveis ao Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida.
