CONTRACTING A SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR THE RECOVERY OF RURAL ROADS USING FUNDS FROM SPECIAL AMENDMENT NO. 202440930001 - MAINTENANCE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIMARY PAVEMENT ON RURAL ROAD CAI-337 (FORMERLY RURAL ROAD 21) - LOT II. The contracting of a specialized company is based on the need for the proper execution of rural road infrastructure recovery services, including maintenance of the road platform, shaping and regularization of the road surface, implementation of primary pavement, restoration of critical sections, execution and recovery of drainage devices, compaction, complementary works and other interventions necessary to restore adequate traffic conditions on Rural Road CAI-337 (Former Rural Road 21) – Lot II, observing the principles of efficiency, economy, sustainability and continuity of public services, in accordance with Law No. Decree No. 14.133, of April 1, 2021. The Municipal Secretariat of Public Works and Services must perform its activities efficiently, promoting improvements in the municipality's road infrastructure and ensuring adequate access and circulation conditions for rural communities. In this context, conducting the bidding process in the appropriate modality presents itself as a solution compatible with legal requirements and the quality standards required by the Public Administration.
