Items: LOT 01 – INTEGRATED PROJECTS AND WORKS FOR THE URBANIZATION AND QUALIFICATION OF PORTO DO CAPIM, IN JOÃO PESSOA, PARAÍBA. - Contracting, under the Integrated Contracting regime, for the preparation of Basic and Executive Projects and execution of urbanization and improvement works in Porto do Capim, encompassing the communities of Vila Nassau, XV de Novembro, Porto do Capim, Curtume, Frei Vital and Papelão, in the Varadouro neighborhood, João Pessoa/PB. The object includes: the construction of 150 new housing units; implementation of public facilities (CRAS, USF, School, Cultural Center, Community Kitchen, squares, kiosks and shops); execution of complete urban infrastructure, including paving, rainwater drainage, water supply and sewage networks, public lighting; soil protection, containment and stabilization works; environmental recovery and nature-based solutions in 7.42 ha; solid waste management; and archaeological surveys.
