Contratação de PLATAFORMA DIGITAL INTEGRADA P PROCEDIMENTOS LICITATÓRIOS E CONTRATAÇÕES PÚBLICAS EM FORMATO ELETRÔNICO A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de adequação da Câmara Municipal de Soledade de MInas /MG as disposições da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, que estabelece como preferencail a realização dos procedimentos licitatórios em formato eletrônico, visando garantir maiso transparência , competitividade, economicidade , eficiência e publiccidade aos atos administrativos. A utilização da plataforma eletrônica possibilitará maior ampliação de competitividade, permitindo a participação de fornecedores de diversas localidades , além de proporcionar segurança, rasteabilidade, transparencia dos atos praticados e observância aos princípios da administração pública. A contratação mostra-se ainda vantajosa á administração considerando que não haverá ônus financeiro direto ao Poder Legislativo Municipal, uma vez que a eventual remuneração da Empresa contratada ocorrerá exclusivamente junto aos fornecedores participantes dos certames.
