Acquisition of food products to meet the National School Feeding Program – PNAE. Items: RICE, type 1, long-grain, polished, gluten-free, containing at least 90% whole grains, free from earthy matter, stones, fungi or parasites, and moisture-free. The yield after cooking must be at least 2.5 times greater than the weight before cooking, and the grains must also be white, whole, and loose after cooking. Labeling must include, at a minimum, the manufacturer's name and product name, the manufacturer's CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), the batch number, the manufacturing date, and the expiration date or timeframe. Packaging must be in transparent polyethylene, original from the factory, with a net weight of 5 kg; BISCUIT, Cream Cracker type. Product obtained by mixing flour(s), starch(es) and/or fecula(s) with other ingredients, subjected to kneading and cooking processes, fermented or not, based on wheat flour, hydrogenated vegetable fat, sugar, corn starch, refined salt, yeast, milk or whey, and others. The biscuit must be manufactured from sound and clean raw materials, free from earthy matter, parasites, and in perfect condition. Biscuits that are undercooked, burnt, excessively hard, or brittle will be rejected. The product must comply with Resolution RDC No. 263, of 09/22/2005, from ANVISA/MS. Labeling must contain, at a minimum, the manufacturer's name and the product name, the manufacturer's CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), the batch number, the manufacturing date, and the expiration date or timeframe.
