1. The MUNICÍPIO DE PORTO ALEGRE, through the SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE PLANEJAMENTO E GESTÃO - SMPG has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Green, Resilient and Inclusive Regeneration of the Central Area of Porto Alegre (P178072) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design and Construction of Stormwater Drainage Works and Urban Redevelopment Works for Streets and Public Squares in the 4th District, in the city of Porto Alegre. This contract will be jointly financed by the Agence Française de Développement.

The DEPARTAMENTO MUNICIPAL DE ÁGUA E ESGOTOS - DMAE, intends to initially select firm Applicants for the design and construction of major stormwater drainage works and urban redevelopment works for streets and public squares in the 4 th District, in the City of Porto Alegre, corresponding to Package 3 of the Centro+4D Program.
