A presente licitação tem por finalidade a aquisição de pães destinados ao atendimento da Alimentação Escolar do município, para os exercícios de 2026/2027, em conformidade com as diretrizes do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar – Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar. Os produtos serão utilizados na composição do cardápio semanal ofertado aos alunos da rede municipal de ensino, atendendo as refeições de café da manhã, lanches intermediários e demais preparações previstas no planejamento alimentar das unidades escolares. Além disso, os itens também são destinados ao atendimento de alunos participantes da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) e atividades de contraturno escolar, garantindo suporte nutricional adequado durante o período de permanência nas instituições de ensino. A aquisição dos produtos mostra-se necessária para assegurar a continuidade do fornecimento das refeições escolares, contribuindo para a segurança alimentar e nutricional dos estudantes, bem como para o adequado desenvolvimento das atividades pedagógicas e permanência escolar. A estimativa quantitativa dos itens foi elaborada considerando: • a média de alunos matriculados na rede municipal de ensino; • a média de consumo mensal dos produtos nas unidades escolares; • o histórico de utilização e demanda registrado nos exercícios de 2025 e 2026; A necessidade de manutenção regular do abastecimento das escolas, evitando desabastecimento e prejuízos à execução do cardápio escolar.
