The OBJECT of this tender is the selection of the most advantageous PROPOSALS for the delegation, through a COMMON concession, without exclusivity, of the provision of the public service of COLLECTIVE PASSENGER TRANSPORT by bus, designated INTEGRATED BUS NETWORK (“RIO SYSTEM”) of the municipality of RIO DE JANEIRO. The concession will comprise 5 (five) LOTS (A1-B6, B1-B8, C1-C2, H1-I3 and H2), including the implementation of a GARAGE and the provision of a FLEET.

The OBJECT of this COMPETITION is the selection of the most advantageous PROPOSALS for the delegation, through a COMMON CONCESSION, without exclusivity, of the PROVISION OF THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICE OF PASSENGERS BY BUS, designated INTEGRATED BUS NETWORK (“RIO SYSTEM”) of the MUNICIPALITY OF RIO DE JANEIRO. The CONCESSION will comprise 5 (five) LOTS (A1-B6, B1-B8, C1-C2, H1-I3 and H2), including the implementation of a GARAGE and the provision of a FLEET. Any discrepancy shall prevail over the Tender Notice; the judging criterion will be the lowest value of the service tariff to be provided. The bidding process is in person, and proposals will be submitted exclusively on the day and time of the public session. Estimated value of the CONTRACT for LOT A1-B6 = R$ 313,400,299.00 (three hundred and thirteen million, four hundred thousand, two hundred and ninety-nine reais) REFERENCE RATE (R$/km) = 10.40 and MINIMUM RATE (R$/km) = 8.13. The proposed rate obtained from the discount on the REFERENCE RATE cannot be lower than the minimum rate, nor higher than the REFERENCE RATE itself.
