Items: Preparation of Studies and Projects to meet the needs of the 118 housing units. Acquisition of 118 (One Hundred and Eighteen) low-standard housing units located in the São Cristóvão neighborhood, Itabaiana/SE. Land Regularization of 118 (One Hundred and Eighteen) low-standard housing units. Total Value R$ 14,609,905.00 (Fourteen million, six hundred and nine thousand, nine hundred and five reais). Preparation of Studies and Projects to meet the needs of 46 housing units. Acquisition of 46 (forty-six) low-standard housing units located in the São Cristóvão neighborhood, Itabaiana/SE. Land regularization of the 46 constructed housing units, including georeferencing, registration of constructions and issuance of the necessary documentation for individual property titling in the name of the beneficiaries, according to current regulations and guidelines of the Public Administration.
