Etude de projet IRVE du site Sera-Biasini 27 à Lausanne vise à accompagner l’électrification progressive de la flotte municipale dédiée notamment aux opérations de déneigement et aux véhicules porte-outils. L’infrastructure envisagée comprend 22 bornes de recharge rapide DC de 50 kW, une borne ultra-rapide DC de 360 kW, deux bornes AC de 22 kW et deux bornes mobiles DC de 80 kW destinées aux ateliers. La puissance installée totale de l’infrastructure est estimée à environ 1.65 MW. Afin de garantir une intégration maîtrisée dans l’infrastructure énergétique du site, l’introduction électrique sera volontairement limitée à 2000 A et associée à un système de gestion dynamique de la puissance (EMS). Le projet comprend également l’intégration d’un transformateur MT/BT complémentaire, la création d’un TGBT IRVE dédié et la mise en œuvre d’une architecture numérique sécurisée permettant la supervision des bornes via la plateforme eCarUp de la Ville de Lausanne.
