Gegenstand des vorliegenden Auftrags sind die Leistungen als Umweltbaubegleitung, inkl. Bodenbaubegleitung (BBB), sowie Ergänzungen zu den Umweltnotizen im Rahmen der Umgestaltung des Anschlusses Airolo im Projekt 2. Röhre Gotthard (2TG). Sie betreut und überwacht die Arbeiten im Auftrag des ASTRA für die Phasen Detailprojekt, Ausschreibung, Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme. Die Umweltbaubegleitung (UBB) hat den Vortrieb und die Installationen der Aussenanlagen und Materialdeponien zu überwachen. Die wichtigsten Leistungen sind: · Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Umweltgesetzgebung und der verfügten Auflagen; · Durchführung der Umwelt- und Wirkungskontrolle; · Dokumentation der UBB, Verfassen der Umweltberichte. Der Aufwand für den Auftrag wird auf ca. 26’500 Stunden geschätzt, verteilt über die Jahre 2027-2039.
