E3 Lizenzen nach SIK Konditionen. -Integration des Zugangs zu branchenspezifischer SaaS-Software von Abacus/Innosolv/NEST. -Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb und Support aller Komponenten (ohne Software), Systemsupport 1st-3rd-Level. Endusersupport 2nd- und 3rd-Level (ohne Endusersupport der Fachapplikationen). -Ersatz und Support Netzwerkkomponenten (LAN, WLAN, Switch, Firewall). -Lieferung, Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme aller Komponenten mit Datenübernahme aus dem aktuellen System. Anbindung aller Applikationen.
