Invitation for Bids Date: July 20, 2026 Bid No.: 0733-26093275 1.The Government of the People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the World Bank to finance the China: Emerging Infectious Diseases Prevention, Preparedness and Response Project – Hainan Province Project (Global “One Health” Hainan Demonstration Project), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to make eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Equipment for Provincial CDC, Municipal/County CDCs and Sentinel Sites (Contract No.: HN-G-55). 2.CITIC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (the Procurement Agent), entrusted by Hainan Provincial Disease Control Bureau (the Purchaser), now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the following goods and related services: Contract No. HN-G-55 Contract Title Procurement of Equipment for the Provincial CDC, Municipal/County CDCs, and Sentinel Surveillance Sites Main Types and Quantities of Goods Light incubators, CO incubators, biosafety tissue grinders, spectrophotometers, single-person clean benches, automatic nucleic acid extractors, stereomicroscopes, -80°C ultra-low temperature freezers, biological specimen cabinets, and other equipment, as well as related services. The detailed requirements are specified in Chapter VI “Schedule of Requirements” of the Bidding Document. Delivery Period 60 calendar days from the date of contract signing. 3.This procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement (NCP) using the Request for Bids method specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (the “Procurement Regulations”).
