Install door and frame to match existing (type, size, color)
Extend wall to deck above
Install matching baseboard on new wall
Add electrical receptacles if required by code
Repair/replace carpet as needed
Paint entire room with low VOC paint to match existingRepair affected ceiling grid
Relocate fire sprinklers per code
Move HVAC ceiling penetrations as needed

Bozeman FWS - Freezer HVAC

Install heat removal system for ultra-low temperature freezers
Maintain room temperature between 64.4°F to 89.6°F per
equipment specifications

Solution Options:

New exhaust system with fresh air supply duct, OR
Ductless split-system AC unit with fresh air supply

Contractor to investigate and propose solution with pricing
