Consulting Services: Consultants’ Qualification Loan No. 8772-0 ME Project ID: P149743 Reference No. MNE-RARP-87720-CQ-CS-24-27 Request for Expressions of Interest for Consultancy Services for MTA's IRMS Implementation – Data Migration and Data Quality Assurance The Montenegro has received loan from the World Bank in the amount of 15.7 million US$ (14 million EUR equivalent) from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) over a period of seven (7) years for “Revenue Administration Reform Project“ (RARP), for organizational restructuring, the development management and infrastructure changes necessary for optimal performance of the current tax administration system. Montenegro Tax Administration (MTA) intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan towards payment for Consultancy Services for MTA's IRMS Implementation – Data Migration and Data Quality Assurance. The consulting company will provide following service (the “Service”) Planning and conducting activities related to data migration from legacy systems, quality assurance of data migration process as a whole and results of migration; Providing continuous assistance to the IT sub-team within IRMS Implementation Team in leading data migration activities. Planning and conducting data cleaning activities, including active participation in triage of the previously identified data integrity issues; Providing continuous assistance to the Data cleaning team in leading data cleaning activities. The planned deadline for the completion of an entire assignment is up to 8 months. The Data migration and cleaning consulting company will be hired in total up to 70 working days, with up to 25 working days on location in Podgorica, Montenegro and with up to 12 travels to Podgorica, Montenegro.
