Hiring of one (1) advertising agency to provide continuous services in the advertising and publicity sectors to execute a set of integrated activities aimed at studying, planning, conceptualizing, designing, creating, internally executing, mediating and supervising external execution, and distributing advertising to vehicles and other means of dissemination, with the objective of publicizing actions, programs, services, educational and informative campaigns of public interest, disseminating ideas or informing the general public, both internal (internal marketing) and external.

As complementary activities, specialized services related to the planning and execution of research and other instruments for evaluating and generating knowledge about the market, the target audience, the means of dissemination in which the advertising pieces and actions will be disseminated, or about the results of the campaigns carried out; to the production and technical execution of the advertising pieces and projects created; to the creation and development of innovative forms of advertising communication, in line with new technologies, aiming at expanding the effects of advertising messages and actions in advising and supporting the development and execution of communication actions, with advertising services to serve the various bodies of the Municipal Administration of Alcinópolis/MS.
