Předmětem veřejné zakázky je návrh a implementace nových služeb a funkcí stávajícího webového Portálu občana SMZ (Statutárního města Zlín), zajišťujícího úplnou elektronickou komunikaci občanů s úřadem, na základě požadavků zadavatele, v rozsahu: - nových elektronických podání (el. žádostí prostřednictvím el. inteligentních formulářů) - nových aplikací přístupných přes portál občana - souvisejících integrací se stávajícím aplikačním vybavením zadavatele - podpory samostatných a oddělených modulů (kontejnerů) komunikujících pomocí mikro služeb Případné konzultace a vícepráce Dodavatelů a Provozovatelů IS SMZ a veřejné správy (státu), potřebné pro integraci s novými funkcemi a službami Portálu občana, budou součástí dodávky řešení. Součástí předmětu plnění jsou implementační práce a technická podpora po dobu udržitelnosti 5 let.
