Allgemeine Anforderungen für die Reinigung der Schießanlage::
- Sprengstoffrechtliche Erlaubnis nach §7 SprengG
- Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung nach §34 Abs. 2 der ersten Verordnung zum Sprengstoffgesetz (1. SprengV)
- Befähigungsschein nach §20 SprengG
Sicherheitsüberprüfung der Reinigungskräfte:
Mit den Reinigungsarbeiten darf nur ständiges Personal beauftragt werden. Die jeweiligen Beschäftigten sind vorab der Polizei namentlich zu benennen, damit eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung erfolgen kann. Ohne Zustimmung der Polizei darf kein Personal in den Diensträumen tätig werden.
