Framework Agreement for the supply / manufacturing / galvanization / painting / test assembly / delivery (without unloading) of Steel lattice towers, reinforcement parts and tower parts (Germany and Belgium) Restriktion: Not more than 4 (four) candidates from non-GPA countries and candidates from a country that does not have an EU free trade agreement will be selected to participate in the RFP.
