* Transition und Betriebsübernahme vom bisherigen Dienstleister ab 01.12.2026. * Übernahme der vollständigen Betriebsverantwortung zum 01.01.2027. * Betrieb der bestehenden Systeme: Unify/Mitel OpenScape Voice (OSV, zwei Instanzen in externen Rechenzentren) und Unify/Mitel OpenScape 4000 (OS4K, Regierungsverbund mit ca. 16 Knoten/Standorten). * Aktuell-Haltung der Systeme: Software-Upgrades und Releasewechsel, Patch- und Lifecycle-Management sowie Hochrüstung der Bestandsknoten; hierzu zählt insbesondere die Hochrüstung der OS4K-Knoten auf Version V11 (Upgrade, Austausch, Erweiterung je Standort). * Service Desk, Incident- und Problem-Management, SLA-gestützter Betrieb, Wartung und Entstörung. * Fortführung des laufenden Rollouts und der Migrationen der VoIP-Lösung innerhalb der Landesbehörden auf der bestehenden Plattform (derzeit 273 Standorte im Scope). * Dokumentation, Revision und Inventur der TK-Anlage gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung. Eine Migration auf eine neue Zielplattform ist nicht Auftragsgegenstand. Die im Land vorhandenen Systeme sind zu betreiben und auf aktuellem Stand zu halten.
