Dili Water Supply Project

The development objective of Dili Water Supply Project for Timor-Leste is to improve the coverage and the operational performance of Bee Timor-Leste (BTL) in the project area. This project has three components. 1) The first component, Water Supply and Treatment Infrastructure Development, will finance the development, upgrading and expansion of the existing water supply system in the project area. 2) The second component, Institutional Strengthening, will strengthen institutional capacities and provide incentives to improve the sustainability and resilience of water supply infrastructure financed under Component 1. 3) The third component, Project Management, aims at supporting Project management and implementation, including the operational costs.
