AAU has a unified building management system (BMS) platform that covers the university's three campuses in Aalborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen. The system consists exclusively of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) as the main station. The BMS platform is established in AAU's own virtual server environment. The platform consists of a total of approximately 200 automation servers (AS), 1029 Xenta centrals and approximately 20 Sigma centrals, which cover a total building stock of approximately 235,000 m² distributed over approximately 63 buildings. Campus Aalborg and Campus Esbjerg use a common enterprise server, while Campus Copenhagen has its own - but all main stations can be accessed across campuses via one unified login and user administration through AAU's Identity Management system. The BMS systems control and monitor the university's ventilation, heating, cooling and lighting systems, as well as fire alarms, emergency functions and other critical technical systems. This includes, among other things: supplies for data centers, animal stables, research equipment and installations with special operational and safety requirements. The system also functions as a central tool for energy monitoring, error prevention and optimization of operations, and thus supports AAU's goal of sustainable, efficient and standardized building operations across all campuses. With this tender, AAU wishes to enter into an agreement with a primary and secondary actor to perform the following services: A. Building Control and Supervision works consisting of service, maintenance and updating of all AAU's Schneider-branded building control and supervision installations, including both software and hardware. Software upgrades and updates must be made to the latest EcoStruxure Building Operation version at all times and at least once a year. B.
