Udbuddet omfatter bygherrerådgivning til brug for Helhedsplan 1045 beliggende Beatesmindevej 6-76 og Helle-vangen 1-49, 9210 Aalborg SØ, som består af 366 etageboliger fordelt på 11 blokke. Udbuddet baseres på et forudgående ideoplæg, hvis fundament fremgår af de tekniske dokumenter. Kommende Bygherrerådgiver indtræder i aftalen efter fastlæggelse af dispositionsforslag. Den udbudte ydelse omfatter dermed den samlede bygherrerådgivning fra endeligt udarbejdet dispositionsforslag og frem til og med 1 års eftersyn. Bygherrerådgiveren skal endvidere bistå Ordregiver i forbindelse med opnåelse af endeligt tilsagn, Skema B, fra Aalborg Kommune og Landsbyggefond samt indberetning af Skema C. Nærmere beskrivelse af ydelsen fremgår af Bilag 4 YBB 19 Projektspecifik. Rådgiverkontrakten baseres på ABR 18 med Ordregivers præciseringer, som er vedlagt som bilag 3 ABR med præciseringer. Den samlede anlægssum udgør 735.461.010 kr. inkl. moms.
