Specific Procurement Notice   Request for Bids Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process)     Country: Ethiopia Name of Project: Education and Skills for Employment Project (EASE) Contract Title: Procurement of Training Equipment and Accessories for Bamboo Processing for Assosa Polytechnic Collage Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA-74200 RFB Reference No.: ET-MOLS-545745-GO-RFB Issue date: July 10       The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Education for Skills and Employment (EASE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of Procurement of Training Equipment and Accessories for Bamboo Processing for Assosa Polytechnic Collage The Ministry of Labor and Skills invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of Bamboo Processing Laboratory Training Equipment and Accessories for selected Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions and training centers.   The Goods and Related Services shall be delivered, installed, tested, commissioned, and made fully operational within six (6) months from the Effective Date of Contract or as specified in the Delivery and Completion Schedule. No margin of domestic preference shall apply.     Qualification Criteria Minimum Requirement Financial Capability The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last three (3) years preceding the bid submission deadline, demonstrating the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position.
