Specific Procurement Notice   Request for Bids Non-Consulting Services   Employer: National ID Program Project: Digital ID for Inclusion and Services Project (P179040) Contract title: Selection of Service Provider that Provides a Data Center Colocation Service for NIDP Country: Ethiopia Credit No: 7463-ET RFB No: ET-NIDP-539792-NC-RFB Issued on: July 31, 2026   1.     The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital ID for Inclusion and Services Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Selection of Service Provider that Provides a Data Center Colocation Service for National ID Program 2.     The National ID Program now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to participate in the bidding proceedings to provides a Data Center Colocation Service for NIDP.    The minimum qualification requirement includes but not limited to: The bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in colocation service business for Government/ Private entities. The bidder should have prior experience in managing a minimum of 3 colocation contracts supported by a client certificate or contract agreement. (Bidder is expected to provide minimum 3 official testimonials from such clients mentioned in their submissions) The bidder/Service provider should complete at least one similar nature contract with the value of USD 1,000,000.00 or two contracts each with a value of USD 500,000.00 or above each in the last five years. No margin of preference is applicable for this bid 3.     The bidding process will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bid (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 5th edition September 2023, Revised February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible...
