Tällä tietopyynnöllä HUS-yhtymä (jäljempänä HUS) käynnistää markkinakartoituksen tulevaa hankintaa varten. Tämän ennakkoilmoituksen tavoitteena on löytää alalla toimivia toimittajia, saada tietoa markkinoilla saatavilla olevista ratkaisuista sekä tiedottaa tulevan hankinnan suunnitelmista. HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena ovat maitotaloustuotteet HUS Runkopalveluiden potilas- ja henkilöstöruokailuun sekä Hyvinkään ravitsemispalvelut Oy:n käyttöön. Hankintaan kuuluvat alustavasti mm. seuraavat tuoteryhmät: 1. Maidot, piimät ja kermat 2. Jogurtit, viilit ja välipalatuotteet 3. Ruoanvalmistustuotteet 4. Juustot ja rasvat 5. Erityistuotteet HUOM: tuoteryhmälistaus on alustava, ja siihen voidaan tehdä muutoksia hankinnan valmistelun edetessä. OHJEET TIETOPYYNTÖÖN VASTAAMISEEN Pyydämme alalla toimivia toimittajia, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita osallistumaan tulevaan hankintamenettelyyn, ilmoittautumaan Hankintayksikölle vapaamuotoisesti sähköpostitse. Lisäksi pyydämme näkemyksiänne siitä, millä tavoin materiaalinen varautuminen voitaisiin tarkoituksenmukaisesti huomioida hankinnassa. Vastauksenne yhteydessä voitte halutessanne liittää mukaan myös tuotteita tai palveluita koskevaa esitemateriaalia. Ilmoittautuminen tulee toimittaa viimeistään 06.10.2026 klo 12:00 (GMT+2) sähköpostiosoitteeseen: kilpailutus.tiimi@hus.fi. Sähköpostin otsikossa tai viestikentässä tulee mainita: HUS 342-2026 Maitotaloustuotteet sekä yrityksenne nimi. MARKKINAVUOROPUHELU HUS voi harkintansa mukaan ehdottaa tarkentavia markkinavuoropuhelukeskusteluja tähän ilmoitukseen vastanneiden kanssa. TIETOA MENETTELYSTÄ HUS suunnittelee alustavasti julkaisevansa tarjouspyynnön loppusyksystä 2026. Tämä ilmoitus ei ole tarjouspyyntö.
