Arvioitu vuosittainen energian tarve laitoksella tällä hetkellä on noin 1400 MWh/vuosi.

Valitun lämmöntuottajan tulee aloittaa lämmöntuotanto 1.1.2027, jolloin lämpölaitos luovutetaan lämmöntuottajan käyttöön.
